Triumph accessory muffler

Just took delivery on my new red Sprint ST. I really like it and can hardly
wait until
it's run in to get full performance. I have a couple of questions regarding
the Triumph
accesory muffler: 

Anybody out there bought one? How does it sound? How loud, compared to most 
aftermarket slipons? Does it work with the panniers?
