Bike cover

I am looking for a cover for my bike, but have been less than sucussful to
date. I have the two-pannier set-up and normally leave them on. The
sport-bike size covers seem to narrow to accomidate the bags, while a
full-on touring sized cover would leave me with lots of empty space up
front. Any ideas?
