Jonathan,
I don't want to be the bad guy but you should ask if Eric wants to
put all this info together. Eric's suggestion of a standard email and an
address to triumph can be used and the results of your valve adjustments can
be sent with. The factory would not consider Eric's study impartial but
they can't ignore 5000emails should they roll in at a predetermined and
specified time.
Just another suggestion...

Maybe (probably) it is too late for us to get anything done
for the 1999 owners, but a it would be great if all ST List owners sent in
the results to Eric when the valves are checked, so that we can send
conclusive proof (one way or the other) to Triumph.
