Lifting the front wheel

You can always use the throttle to lift the front wheel. But, if you
want it lifted for extended periods for wheel changes, etc. use the
ceiling rafters. It's not that hard to find the joist. Use the nails for
alignment, tap with a hammer or your knuckles, or pay ten bucks for a
stud finder. Found me right off. Drill two small pilot holes and install
two of the garage hook holders or better yet eye bolts from a hardware
store. Then use you Ancra motorcycle tie downs or equivalent and hook
one end on the hooks and the other under the bars. All it takes is
slight tugs on alternating tie downs to lift the front end a little and
the bike is secure on the center stand with both bars supported from the
ceiling. Very stable. Now, rotate that front and rear tires!!!
