Re: Help Required

When I first purchased my bike, I ordered the panniers. A week or
so later they were install, about 1 week later I had them uninstalled.
Basically the movement of the pipe downwards really takes away from the
bike, if you are use to seeing it stock. As I originally just wanted a
comfortable sport bike and not a touring bike, they just were not for
me. If you are into the touring thing heavy, then you may have a
different opinion.

For the longer trips I plan on using the soft Sport turning throw
overs from Triumph, which can be completely removed after you get
where your going. These also don't change the positioning of the pipe.

Another alternative was to find a under the seat exhaust and that
would restore most of the looks. These are not available as of yet,
but hopefully will be within 2 months.

In the end, I opted to forgo the panniers, regardless of the new pipe,
and I plan on just using the new bags. This decision cost me a 20%
restocking fee. But, I really do like my bike more sporty.

I'm still getting the under the set exhaust, when they become available.
