RAT membership

Are all you new Triumph owners now RAT members?
I received Torque magazine but not the other goodies - membership card, 
handbook and joining pack (club badge, patch and bike decal).
Wondering if other new members had the full deal.
Awaiting a response from the guys at Hinckley...
