Stuart,

Can't say about So Cal specifically, but I have heard that Triumph is 
offering Blue STs for bikes currently on back order to dealers. Plus we can 
see from the factory that they are already in the production run. I would 
guess that you should see them by the end of August or beginning of 
September (but as the Cal models are different than all others, I am not 
willing to put any money on that bet ...).
