A paddock stand is also know as a swingarm stand.  If you don't have a special
single sided swingarm stand, you can have someone hold the bike upright while
testing the adjustment.  Don't forget to put the bike on the center stand to
find the tightest point in the chain, before setting the bike back down and
adjusting for proper slack.  Uhh, well since your bike is new, I doubt that
there is much uneven chain stretch.
