Anyone install their own hard luggage?  I'm far from a mechanic, but can
usually follow simple directions.

I haven't seen any simple directions come from Triumph but you should be
able to figure it out. Look for the posts on the top bag on the ST site.
People had trouble with the hardware fitting right.
