I think the way new chains are made these days, you really don't need one of 
these. I run
a D.I.D. x-ring chain on my cbr, and I get about 10,000 miles out of them. 
And I ride it
hard, also take it on trips across country. I just make sure that I oil it 
about ever 300 miles or so, So when the stock chain dies on my sprint, I 
gonna get the same chain that I use
on my cbr. They cost a little bit more then an o-ring chain, but I think 
there worth the extra
couple dollars.
