I'm sure you could - but it wouldn't be easy

Bags use 1.8 mm thickness key

Ignition uses a 2.2 mm thickness key

So you would have to find a ignition cylinder to match the bags or vice
versa or a set of locks to replace all.

I will keep asking around and if I hear anything, I will let you know.
