Re: "Tail End Charlie"

Sorry! :-) I got the phrase from my e-correspondence with a lady in
South Africa who is learning to ride on a Bandit 400. Her husband has a
1998 Sprint Exec. She is riding with a large group for the first time
this weekend and said her husband volunteered to be "tail end Charlie",
making sure all the slower folk, including her, get where they're going
without any problems. I won't necessarily be volunteering for this
duty, but I figure I'll be bringing up the rear since I've only been
riding a year and am still limited on my speed in the corners, though I
am improving . . . . ;-)
