Troy, Congrats on the new ST, your going to love it.  The dealer should have
told you the fuel gauges are cosmetic only for the time being.  Triumph is
working on a fix which will be a free item.  Use the trip odometer.  I get
around 45-50 mpg for a 225+ range.
