Well, I appreciate that you gave him the benefit of the doubt, but they are 
spin ons (and off).

I agree - the good ones seem to be few and far between. Even with my 
dealer, that has two sites, I only feel comfortable having work done at 
one.......

We need to have Steve Lilley come over and start opening some dealerships 
over here in the US and then we would be all set.
