This happened on mine too after 12k km. Fellow riders suspected a warped disc, but the dealer rebuilt the caliper with new grease etc. - it seems to have been caused by a siezed caliper piston. It is starting to happen again, but they measured the discs and they are still true.

Sounds like a warped disc. Let us know what they come up with after
measuring the run out.
