Jay,

What you might not have gotten from the other replies to your post is that
that panniers have to be totally assembled. Not only brackets but hinges,
locks, etc. The panniers are a kit. Yes you can do it yourself, but one
Saturday may not be enough. Make a deal with the dealer.
