Underseat exhausts

I am a proud new owner of a 1999 Sprint ST. I also just had the 2
pannier box system installed, but had to remove them do to the bike
not looking as sporty with the kit installed and boxes removed. This
new look is apparently do to the stock muffler being lowered. I like
the handiness of the boxes, but like the sporty look it had even
better. So I am thinking one solution to my dilemma is to have an under
the seat exhausts installed. This way the bike will still look sporty
when I remove just the boxes. So now for my questions.

Has anyone done any real comparisons between the Wolf systems and
the Black Widow system? Yes, I saw the Customer service issues,
but I am talking about the technical stuff. Performance to Performance,
noise to noise, dyno to dyno, etc...

Do either of these systems work on a Sprint ST? You know, with the
different mappings than the Daytona?

Does the ST pannier kit still fit with these installed?

Are these systems as reliable as the stock setup?

I know you get more performance with these, but else suffers?
Besides being noisier, is there a lose of MPG? Do they run as smoothly?
I am less interested in power than I am efficiency.

I know to some this is not a big issue to most, but I bought the Sprint
do to its sporty, yet still comfortable to ride characteristics. I am
more sport guy than tour guy. If I can't get this pannier system worked
out, I'll just have to stay stock and go with some throwover's.

Thank you,
