New RS nearly-owner

Hello,

My name is Andrea Matta, 31 years old, male (for those of you who live in 
countries where Andrea is a female name :), from sunny Sardinia, Italy. 
(Please forgive my bad english.)

Two weeks ago I ordered a racing yellow Sprint RS 2000, that the dealer 
promised to deliver in december. Since then I was driving a Suzuki GSX-R 
600, that was a good bike, but way too extreme for me. I like sportriding, 
but sometimes it's great to have a ride just for touring purposes.
I fell in love with the Triumph engine after test-driving a Speed Triple.

I'd like to hear your opinions on two accessories that I'm planning to buy 
for my new bike (both of which are offered for the ST cousin too).

The first is the central stand. I'd like it because it is often a problem 
to park with only the side stand, plus it's useful for little maintenance 
operations like adding some chain lube. My only doubt is that it could 
scratch when leaning hard.

The second is the topbox. The original Triumph colour-coordinated one looks 
very cool, but since it is very expensive (~450 EUROs), I was wondering if 
it is worth its price. What do you think?


By the way, are there any other RS owners on this list?
