The list policy is
# 1 - plain text
# 2 - no attachments
# 3 - trim the replied text

I think it is little to ask of the listers, so that everyone may enjoy the 
list.

As I have only new browsers and email clients, I sometimes miss repeat 
offenders. If anyone is having a problem with the same person repeatedly, 
please let me know so that I can address the issue.
