Owners manual for my ST calls for semi or fully synthetic 15-40wt .. my 
choice is Mobil1 MX 4T full synthetic 10-40wt, about $7.50 a quart. Motul 
300V (15-50wt )is also GREAT stuff .Retail at the local dealer is $13.00 a 
quart..ouch!
