Fairing body upper RHS - $307 
Nacelle RHS - $180

This does not include the foam stick-on liners for the fairing body.  Per Eric:

According to the parts diagram (and I haven't physically looked on the ST, 
so that's all I going off of), each upper fairing piece has two pieces of 
foam.

Parts 3 and 4 resemble a triangle and are to the rear, while parts 5 and 6 
are L shaped and are lower, toward the front.
