  If there is one thing I have learned after all these years of playing with
British wiring is to never assume that it will take additional loads.  Most of the
time the circuits have no fuses and and if they are fused the fuses are too large
and the wires burn anyway.  Just look at the burning ignition switch harnesses
being reported.  People have had to pull the battery cables in order to stop the
smoke!  I'd check a wiring diagram before adding the new horn and I would still add
the relay.  They don't call Lucas the "prince of darkness" for nothing!
