Re: Painted Hugger

     Rick,

That was me painting the hugger. Due to family problems the painter was
unable to take in the hugger as scheduled but I'm actually dropping the
bodywork in tonight on my way home. When it's fitted I'll send in some
images of the new paint and let you all know the materials used. I'm going
for a silver bellypan, hugger and rear wheel with a tornado red front
wheel. I'm also having my Givi topbox painted red to match the Triumph
panniers. All I'll need then is the underseat race pipe and a quick release
mechanism on the pannier mounting gear!

One of you out there set out to paint their rear hugger... How did it
turn out and if it went well, can you provide details on the paints
and primers used along with any special techniques. Thanks.
