Justen,
Mine has 14,700 odd miles on it with nothing more than maintenance as =
required in the book, 6,000 mile minor, 12,000 mile major. 12,000 mile I =
was charged 6 hours and parts. I have put oil and filter in on my own =
two additional times and am on the third set of tires. I have the gas =
gauge problem, had the bolt replacement and had a clamp on the coolant =
overflow come loose causing a slight leak. Looks pretty good to me at =
this point.

Subject: How reliable is a Triumph?

I am thinking about purchasing a Triumph Sprint ST at some point and =
am wondering how reliable they are. I went down to a motorcycle =
dealership and talked to a salesman who said that Triumph makes the =
motorcycles that have required the least amount of warranty work out of =
pretty much all brands for the last three years or so. This is very =
reasuring for me, but I would still like to get some feedback from =
people riding a Triumph, that are not trying to sell me one. How =
expensive are they to maintain? How often do they need parts replaced =
and that sort of thing?

  Thanks,

  Justen
