Front brakes

Anyone had any problems with the front brakes warping?
I think I saw a thread on this before.  I am getting the most peculiar
vibration during stopping.  I had previously removed the scoops in the wheel
well of my ST to see how the air flow would change for the heat coming off
the bike.  Well if you look through the gaps in the fairing you can see the
forks vibrating under braking.
