little more cautious with a child.....

did you check the bracket to make sure you still have proper clearance
between the pipe and the lower panel ? I'm sure you don't need to added a
melted fairing to your repair list.
You mentioned that you were getting the hugger painted ? Is this the
standard Triumph one and if yes did the painter think that he could get the
paint to stay on it ?
