Hoax.  From www.av.ibm.com, the best source of virus info on the net:

    How to Give a Cat a Colonic?

    We don't even want to think about exactly what
    this means, but it's the "Subject" line mentioned
    in the most recent (August, 1999) version of the
    generic virus-warning hoax circulating on the
    internet. Like all the other variants of this hoax,
    it's untrue, and you shouldn't waste network time
    and space forwarding it around. For details of
