Re: Condensation in Both Headlights



Thomas: I would remove the headlight bulbs ( see owners manual) and 
take a Hair Dryer to the inside of the headlights to dry it all out 
then reassemble ( don't get the insides too hot or you may toast the 
reflectors). The IMPORTANT thing is to make sure the rubber boots 
that seal the headlights are correctly installed. They are a bit of a 
pain to get fitted but that should cure your problem. If you had the 
problem in only one headlight I'd guess a bad headlight housing but 
my guess on a new bike is that the rubber boots were not fitted 
correctly.
