It may only be the way you have described your problem (or my
interpretation), but IMHO so far it doesn't sound like the same problem at
all.  The problem I describe ONLY happens after the bike has been turned off
for a short time and persists if you decide to ride anyway.  While you have
the symptoms they are not intermittent in any way and does not relate to
either the way you ride or the gas you use.  My experience so far is that
the problem has always been cured after turning off the ignition key and
immediately starting again.

And ith this problem I would bet that your dealer will find nothing wrong
with your bike if the problem is not demonstrable at the time they check it
over.  I know that this is often the case with any problem, but even more so
with this one.
