I've hear this noice quite often, and at first I thought I was making it
up. I seem to hear it when slowing for a stop, but it sure doesn't sound
like engine noise. I kept thinking it was the luggage or maybe the chain.
If we didn't have helmet laws I'd take a chance on riding without one to
make it easier to locate where the noise is coming from. Anyone else notice
this sound?

It really does sound like a paper bag, and even though it's bothered me for
awhile, I was a bit embarrased to bring it up. (And no, I don't have toilet
paper stuck to my shoes either!)
