I haven't had any problems once I got a knack for it. Just went out
and tried to watch what it was I did when putting it up. Left hand on
handlebar, right hand under seat rail in about the middle of the seat,
just forward of the seat lock. Right foot on center stand pedal,
just a bit behind the middle of the foot (a little closer to the heel).
Facing across the bike, with the right knee and hip directly above the
center stand pedal. Push the stand down until one side just touches the
floor. Straighten the bike up until the other side of the center stand
also touches the floor. The major work is done by pushing down with
your foot, a bit by pulling up with the right hand, none with the left
hand.
