Triumph have now brought out a great flip-out handle which makes it easier
to get your bike on the centre stand. It attaches to the left hand side of
the bike under the seat and is in just the right place to get it up easily.
Other readers have also found it a useful place for resting their cigars
while washing the bike. "What's the part number???" Aha! You have to buy
the hard bags to get it... ;-)

Seriously, stand on the little footplate at the corner of the centre stand
and use mostly your weight to get it onto the stand. Much better than
getting a sore back.
