Re: Tyre choice for track use



  I've taken Sable to the track on 3 occasions and used D-205's. I've scraped
pegs, boots, etc. and they never let go. They are excellent in wet, and I also
feel that you should ride the track with your choice of street tires (I think
that's the whole point). At every class I've attended the D-207 streets were most
common amongst the sporty bikes. The tire compounds are so good these days, any
quality Z rated Sport tire should make you confident (except BT-57's)
