Throttlemeister install info

Just in case anyone plans on installing a Throttlemeister I found 
that it works much better without the friction sleeve. 
Throttlemeister recommended using the friction sleeve so I tried it. 
With it installed no matter what combination of washers I used I 
couldn't really get it adjusted right.. removed the friction sleeve 
and with 2 of the thicker washers it is perfect. FYI I have the 
heated grips and it works fine with them on or off.
