Z-Wax, Wither Goest Thou?

I ordered some Z20 from the folks at Zooke, recommended by someone on the
list.  I'm sure it's a fine product, but I've been waiting since March 27.
They don't answer my e-mails anymore either.  Anyone else having this
problem?  Just wondering.
