Red Dawg for VP Customer Service

Dear Red Dawg,

Thanks for your thoughts on the leaky fuel sender. We've got 5 ST/RSs and
two have had serious leaks. One twice. As you pointed out, this is not a
poor guage problem but a serious safety issue. Our garage was full of gas
the first time it happened. At the time, I had seven other bikes in there.
Boom!!

One thing you forgot to mention is all the dealers out there that have got
pissed off customers who are waiting for more leaky senders to arrive. Not a
great position to put your dealers in!!

We'd better get news of a recall soon or your predictions will become
reality. Y2K isn't over yet for Triumph.

All the Best,

Mike Ciebien
