Scott was on a VFR and had no problems - Beth ran the roads on her Legend
and after a long day in the saddle one curve got away from her. She got in
the grass and went down - from what I understand, she couldn't have asked
for a better spot to have an off. The bike was rideable but had a vibration
in the front end, so it was decided that the bike should not be ridden
until it could be seen by a competent dealer. Luckily Jack was able to put
her bike on his trailer and get her home.
There was an ST that went down (ridden by a Triumph Exec) but it was in a
residential area and was most likely due to some freshly cut grass that had
been blown into the road. While it occurred during the Rallye, it was not
really Rallye related (not due to speed or twisty roads).
The important thing is that both riders are fine and are looking forward to
the next event.
