RE: Bike Weave & Welsh Roads.

Yup. Mine's a real pig when it's behind tall vehicles. Doesn't seem to be
a problem at speeds of less than 50mph so keep it fast and in front.

I did an initiative ride with Plod (the Police) last year and we covered
some roads to die for (not literally). We started in Staffordshire and made
our way to Shrewsbury which is where the real fun starts. Take the A488
from Shrewsbury to Penybont (bends all the way). Then the A44 to Cross
Gates (Rhayader pass, even more bends, hairpins etc.). Then A483 to Newtown,
A470 to Mallwyd, A458 to Oswestry (preferable to pick up the Bala route if
traffic is light). This route has got more bends than you can shake a stick
at. I did it again last Saturday - got home, sunk a couple of beers and
slept because I was that knackered!
