Thanks.   You are correct.  Dopey me...  ;-)  I got confused by the date of manufacture.  It was manufactured in 99 but is 2000 compliance.

if it's blue it can't be a '99 unless it has been re-painted  -- Triumph
sapphire blue was new for Y2K
