chin fairing

Uhh, you may want to inspect closely before you do this as it appears to be a 
structural member holding the 2 side halves together.  Without it I think the 
sides would raise up and flap or break. >>

Yes, I noticed that, too. Will try and run the cut around that structural 
member and leave it intact.
