Re: wind & helmets
I'm also 6' and have "tested" where the wind hits me, and where the blast
zones are around th cockpit.
When siting in a comfortable position at approx 120kph (75mph), the wind
hits the base of my helmet and feels OK. When there is a strong headwind or
I'm sitting higher, it can feel like it's trying to lift my head off!
Ensure you're wearing a well fitting helmet. Your cheeks should be only a
little squashed, you forehead not cramped or painful and the helmet should
not be loose when the chin strap is tightened.
