OK, so what's the scoop?  Is it just raised above the normal
position?  Do you still run with stock blinkers or go for shorter stem
aftermarkets?  Is there much involved - anything I should know about?

Any info would be gretly appreciated.  If you had a photo of the end
result that would be great too.
