Blake,
I'll bet dollars to donuts that your Scottoiler vacuum line is
interfering with the throttle linkage. When I installed mine I
noticed that the adapter is very close to the linkage and needs
to be carefully routed and checked with a flashlight after the airbox
is reinstalled.
