Doubt if it is a formal font. Probably old enough that even if it was
formalized
it would be hard to find. Perhaps you could scan it from a logo, clean it
up, 
and use it as a bitmap or JPEG. Not sure how TOA would react to that as far
as a copyright issue. Thoughts, Eric?
