New Sprint (sort of)

Hi all,

   Yesterday I collected my ST from Lilleys after insurance repairs and
the 18,000 mile service.

    What a difference!  The bike feels new, mainly (I suspect) due to
the new air filter and throttle cables.  Has anyone else had trouble
with throttle cables?  My bike is now on its third set in 18,000 miles.
Anyway, with the easier throttle action and easier breathing the bike is 
back the way it should be :-)

     Now I've just got to go back next week so that they can insert the
bolts missing from the fairing and exhaust, and reconnect the heated
grips....  I realised that the grips weren't working on my way home, and 
I took the fairing panel off to see if the switch is connected - it is,
so I'll let Steve's boys trace the problem ;-)
