Carbon Race can for the RS

Hello All,
  I am in the market for an RS.  In fact I just left the dealer.  Since the
bike is new they don't want to fluctuate on the price to much, they are
willing to give me a whopping 10% off accessories.  Wanting to make the best
of it I have started to decide which accessories I need, yeah need that's
what it is.  I was thinking about the Carbon Race can, they had an ST there
with it mounted and it sounds very nice, but does it give any power
increase.  Also, any other items I should pick up now.  I am think Rear
Hugger, Front Mud Guard Extension, Accessory Plug but what about any other
ideas?
  Also, anyone in the Richmond to Washington DC area?  I live in
Fredericksburg and would love to find some others to ride with once I get
the bike.  Or, has anyone had any nice experiences with the shops in the
same area?
