Triumph Alarm

I'm having a bit of trouble getting consistent information about what
the factory Triumph alarm actually does. Has anybody on this list had
one installed or, better yet, installed one?

Does the Triumph alarm sound the horn? The wiring diagram doesn't seem
to indicate that it does, but a dealer indicated that it does.

Where is the LED that the factory alarm uses?  More importantly, where
are the silver and orange wires located that are used to power the LED?

I'm actually going to be installing an Ungo 2000 II because it has a
second button on the key fob that can trigger my garage door opener. 
There is a plug located in the tail section right now where the OEM
alarm goes.  Right now, it has 2 jumpers that enable the fuel pump and
ignition.  Remove the plug and neither works (poor man's anti-theft). 
I'm mapping the Ungo wiring diagram to the Triumph wiring diagram and
plan to use the plug already in the wiring harness.  It should be a
very clean installation.

If anybody has any information, I'd appreciate it.  Thank you.
