Shoei RF-800

Help!?!
I am trying to install an intercom mike + speaker into my wife's RF-800.
Any suggestions?
My Quantum/E was a piece of cake. But it looks like the cheekpad is not
removable on the Shoei. How have others successfully done it? TIA.
