Noise and beauty

Got home last night and there was a present waiting in the hallway for
me. My Two Brothers C5 oval X-metal pipe had arrived at last (only two
     weeks late).

Fitted it straight away (2 bolts, 30 mins) and it looks great with the
silver bellypan and hugger. Troy, you were right on the money with
this one, it looks great, the pictures don't do the finish justice,
the weave catches the light differently as you move. Way cool.

The sound is awesome, A deep rumble at tick over and it howls like a
rotweiler with his nuts in a blender at WOT. Sounds especially good on
the over-run. If you think the stock can is loud then stay away from
     this one.

I haven't had the performance tune downloaded yet, I'll have it done
when the parts for the fuel guage sender come in. No point in dropping
it into the shop twice. In the meantime I'll do a comparison of fuel
consumption across the standard map & silencer, standard map & TBR
pipe and Performance map & TBR pipe. The seat of the pants dyno would
suggest that there is a nice HP gain above 3000RPM with crisper
throttle response. Not bad for 30mins work.

Jack, Now I can wear that collar with pride :)
