re: vert headlight adjust without fairing removal

off the fairing. The bike came with them aimed very low.

low, too. If you've learned an easy way to adjust them I'd love to hear it!

This comes courtesy of the nice folks at Motorcycle Mania on 1960 in Houston,
Texas, who showed me:

You have to turn the bars all the way to either side to get to the vertical
headlight adjustments. It's a small phillips screw that you'll need a stubby
screwdriver to get to. If I remember right, they're mounted in grey plastic.
It's hard to describe exactly where they are without the bike handy (at work at
the moment). The screws are parallel to the ground and point directly forward,
if that helps. The owner's manual has an illustration, but I thought you got to
'em from the front from their drawing! Maybe I can scrounge up a digital camera
from someone and send in pics, but don't hold your breath. I don't think
there's any way to get to the horizontal adjustments, but I haven't needed or
wanted to.
